Trigger-Point Lever Clamps Offer Greater Access and Less Marring of the Part

Phillips Precision's Trigger-Point™ Lever Clamp employs the same cantilever design as heavy-duty lever clamps and is designed for quick assembly and self-alignment.

The clamp is operated with a thumb screw rather than downward pressure, which means more controlled contact and reduced accidental part marring. The narrowed tip provides more concentrated force and greater access to the work piece.

The clamp is available in 1.5", 2.5" and 3.5" sizes.

The series of clamps generate up to 30-lbs of force and the cantilever design allows for clamping force down to the fixture plate. The post is steel and the clamp lever is black anodized aluminum (thumb screw included). It can be ordered with a ¼-20 or M6 threaded post.

Phillips sells the clamps individually or in a variety of sets.
